The List

I’ve practiced yoga on and off for several years, sometimes at studios but mostly at home using various apps (love Down Dog). There are 32 advanced poses I want to try/work on and I’m going to use this space to document my progress. Once I improve my back bend and (hopefully) get my chest stand I can start working on some contortion. My ultimate, and perhaps a tad ambitious, goal is to nail the Archer.

I have also recently started Beginners Aerial Silks and Pole Dancing so I may occasionally post related photos if I manage to pull off anything mildly impressive!
